With the assistance of our team, we provide Heat-ups services of Glass Furnaces. These services are provided using high velocity gas/oil fired burners with a capacity of 3500 Nm/hr, which enables a positive pressure in the furnace. This ensures equal distribution of temperature in the furnace, which can be raised from ambient to 1000 degree Celsius. The burners with the high turn down ratio enables temperature control upto +/- 1 degree Celsius. To maintain some of the refractory integrals of the existing furnace, a glass furnace is cooled down in the reverse process.

Offered by us is Regenerator Cleaning Decongestion Services to our esteemed clients. During the period of furnace life, sulphates and batch residue restrict the passage of waste gases and combustion air in & out in the checkers of the regenerators.By applying heat to melt sulphate to a liquid state, the blockages can be cleaned conveniently.Under the rider arches, the high velocity burners are placed at the bottom of the regenerator. For the firing, we use two types of cone, one with 45 Degree and another with 90 degree extended cone to clean far side and nearer side of the regenerator respectively.To cover whole rider arch area, this cone can be moved to any side.Depending upon the condition of regenerator, the temperature increases from 40 Deg.C to 50 Deg.C up to 900 Deg.C.
